四、結(jié)語

中國快速發(fā)展既是亞洲整體性崛起的重要動力，也深受亞洲整體性崛起效應(yīng)的影響。伴隨中國綜合國力的不斷提升，整個地區(qū)范圍的聯(lián)動和整合圍繞中國展開的成分也在不斷增加，中國對整個地區(qū)內(nèi)部聯(lián)動和整合的促進抬升作用越來越突出。這給中國進一步快速發(fā)展提供有利態(tài)勢和地區(qū)支撐的同時，也給中國所處的地區(qū)環(huán)境增添了越來越多的復(fù)雜變數(shù)，使中國在大國關(guān)系、周邊外交、區(qū)域合作、熱點難點問題解決等多個方面面臨越來越大的壓力。中國的亞洲外交在堅持既定指導(dǎo)原則和方針的同時，進一步細化針對各次區(qū)域乃至重要國家的具體戰(zhàn)略，從局部著手深耕細作，推動整體環(huán)境的改善。
